  • The Omaha Red Raiders weren't able to come back from the big hole they dug themselves into against the Sioux Falls Pilots, and the Omaha Red Raiders lost 7-5 to the Sioux Falls Pilots after falling behind by four runs in the sixth inning.
  • The Omaha Red Raiders scored two runs in the seventh on a two-run single by Ben Palensky. Still, the Omaha Red Raiders couldn't draw even.
  • The Sioux Falls Pilots were led by Tyler Field's hitting. Tyler Field went 2-4, drove in one and scored two runs. He singled in the second and sixth innings.
  • Palensky racked up three RBIs on three hits for the Omaha Red Raiders. He homered in the third inning and singled in the first and seventh innings.

  • The Sioux Falls Pilots increased their lead with two runs in the sixth. A clutch ground out scored Tyler Field to open the scoring in the frame.
  • This win gives the Pilots an 11 game win streak. They will be in action on Sunday at 1 o'clock against the Bancroft Bandits.
