The Southern Oregon Spartans are pleased to announce the signing of Charlie Wood.  Returning for his second season #27 Charlie Wood will continue his athletic development combining his education and pursuite of playing NCAA college hockey.   Charlie has become a “MadHouse” favorite playing a physical, aggressive style of hockey.  Charlie Wood a 6’2” 215 lb right winger for the Spartans began his first season as a defenseman progressing to become a dependable right winger that shows an ability to go to the opposition net hard.  A physical presence on the ice Charlie also played a limited role on the powerplay and penalty kill units.  Charlie has made significant progress on and off the ice.  Wood continues to be a welcomed important addition to the Spartan organization.
