Spartans Sign the Seto Brothers for the 2016-17 Season

PLAYER ANNOUNCEMENT

The Southern Oregon Spartans of the WSHL are pleased to announce the signing of Christopher and Cameron Seto. 

From Surrey, British Columbia the Seto brothers are the sons of Willy and Laura Seto.  Cameron was acquired from the Fresno Monsters on May 14.  The Spartans are excited about acquiring Cameron Seto as he brings a real scoring punch to the roster as well as leadership.

 

Cameron Seto tallied 31 goals and 65 assists for 96 points in 56 games with the Fresno Monsters in the WSHL Western Division.

Coming to the Southern Oregon Spartans gives Cameron the opportunity to play on the same team as his brother Christopher.

A fast skating, skilled forward with an impeccable work ethic Cameron will be a welcomed addition to the Spartans team. Cameron will continue his pursuit of playing college hockey.

Cameron Seto will wear #20 for the Spartans.

 

Chris Seto was the WSHL North West Division leading scorer for the 2015/16 season. scoring 107 points in 55 games.  Acquired via the Lloydminster Bobcats of the AJHL at the start of the 2015 season Chris made an impact on the Spartan team immediately.  A fast, skilled, hard working player that played in both ends of the ice, Chris evolved into one of the Spartan team leaders.  Leading the Spartans in many offensive categories he also brings a solid defensive game to the Spartans.   Chris will continue to pursue his goal of playing college hockey in the future.  Chris Seto #17.
