Danville, IL - Matt Anthony for the thirds game in a row shut down the Dayton Demolition. Tonight, only giving up one goal on a Derrick Schwartz break away in the first period. Danville tied it up 25 seconds later when Myles McCauley scored a power play goal, and that is the closest the Demolition would be for the rest of the night. Danville went on to score five more goals over the next two periods, and would win the game 6-1. Justin Brausen would have two of those goals, along with Aleh Shypitsyn adding two of his own, and the other coming from Ray Tremblay. Tremblay's goal came on a redirect from a shot off the stick of Andrew Harrison. Matt Anthony stopped 29 of the 30 shots saw and got the win once again.
Danville had 14 penalty minutes on 7 infractions, and Dayton had 36 minutes on 10 infractions.
Danville will be back in action tomorrow night against the Brewster Bulldogs at 5:05 from the David S. Palmer Arena
