Bishop McCort had a two-goal lead after two periods and cruised the rest of the way en route to a 5-1 win over Serra Catholic.

Bishop McCort was sparked by Brett Seitz, who finished with one goal and one assist. Seitz scored on the power play 15:41 into the first period to make the score 2-1 Bishop McCort. Bishop McCort had gotten the advantage when Serra Catholic's Michael Ulishney was sent off for roughing. Christopher Miller assisted on the tally.

Bishop McCort managed to stay out of the box better than usual, finishing with one minor for two minutes in penalty time. Serra Catholic was led by Thomas Werner, who scored the team's only goal. Werner scored 9:35 into the first period to make the score 1-1. Jacob Weiss picked up the assist.
