Wolves announce Free Agent Camp

Watertown, NY - The Watertown Wolves, 2014-15 Commissioner's Cup Champions of the Federal Hockey League (FHL), wish to announce the resignation of head coach Brent Clarke. Brent was the Wolves first head coach and was an important part of the success of the Wolves inaugural season.
“Brent made significant contributions to our team and organization in our inaugural season resulting in the Commissioner's Cup. We wish him the best of luck in his future endeavors.” said team president Stan Tibbles. “Brent was named as FHL Coach of the Year, and we're very proud of what we accomplished as a first year team in the Federal Hockey League.”
The Watertown Wolves took first place overall in the regular season with 111 points. Entering the playoffs as the top seed, the Wolves began their ascent to the Commissioner's Cup by defeating the Danbury Whalers in the best of three semi-finals 2-1. The team went on to meet the Danville Dashers in an exciting best of five game final. The series came down to a sudden death Game 5, where the Wolves triumphed to capture the Commissioner's Cup.
