SAULT STE. MARIE, Mich. - Quinton Myotte, Dustin Brown and Christian Wilkins all posted a goal and an assist to lead the Soo Firehawks past the Alpena Flyers 5-3 Friday night at the Big Bear Arena.

Zach Lee and Zach Eitrem collected one goal apiece and netminder Mackenzie Bruce turned aside 35 shots for the win.

Alpena’s Tait Froggett scored twice, Brandon Bihn potted a goal and added an assist and Hunter Myers stopped 26 shots in the Flyers’ crease.

The Firehawks are off until visiting Traverse City next Friday night to start a home-and-home weekend series.
