The Irish wlll host the Alpena Flyers today for a 1:00 Maintinee game today, The Flyers are coming off a 4-2 win last night as they beat the Michigan Ice Dogs at the Farmington Ice Arena.   The Irish lost a heart breaker on Friday Night 5-4 to the Decatur Blaze. Todays game marks the 5th meeting between the two teams as the Irish lead the series 3-1.  "We are not going to see the team we saw earlier in the season state Coach Dan Vasquez. This is a more disciplined team whom has came together as a squad pretty well. They play the game from start to finish every night . I expect a real battle this afternoon.

The stars of the Day will not be the Flyers or the Irish but will the the Trenton Storm Squirt B Hockey Team whom have been named the Fighting Irish's youth team of the week. The 9-10 year old squad is coached by Ken Mc Mullin, Anthony Anderson and Brian Pellieter and will be participating in todays pregame ceromonys as well as intermission program
