MC Monarchs survived a determined comeback attempt by Michigan Ice Dogs on the way to a 6-4 win.

MC Monarchs made the score 6-1 on a goal by Anthony Wojciechowski at 15:12 in the second period, and Michigan Ice Dogs got as close as 6-4 when Joseph Russo scored 11:21 into the third period.
