FRASER, Mich. - All the goals in Tuesday night's MWJHL game between the MC Monarchs and Berkley Bruins were scored in the second period as the host Monarchs eked out a 2-1 win at Fraser Hockeyland.

Adam Jonak and Trevor Pode, the top two leaders in the league scoring race, each scored for the Monarchs and Joe Burks finished with 26 saves between the pipes.

For the Bruins, Colton James scored and goaltender Jacob Gorzelski made 33 saves.

Berkley heads to Alpena for a three-game series this weekend.
