Luke Bonfield had two extra base hits as the Marthas Vineyard Sharks (29-22) took home an 8-6 victory over the North Shore Navigators (24-29) at Vineyard Baseball Park on Thursday.

He tripled in the second inning and homered in the eighth inning.

Nolan Fisher got on base two times in the game for the North Shore Navigators. He scored two runs and had one RBI. He homered in the fourth inning.

Scott Stonestreet got the win, running his season record to 2-0. He struck out one, walked none and surrendered one hit.

Ryan McAuliffe couldn't get it done on the mound for the North Shore Navigators, taking a loss. He lasted just 1 1/3 innings, walked none, struck out one, and allowed two runs.

The Marthas Vineyard Sharks were sparked by Brian Campbell and Bonfield, who teamed up for five hits and six RBIs.
