A walk-off double from Nolan Fisher brought home the winning run for the North Shore Navigators (24-28) in a 3-2 victory over the Seacoast Mavericks (24-27) in 11 innings at Fraser Field on Wednesday.
Fisher racked up two RBIs on one hit for the North Shore Navigators. He doubled in the eleventh inning.
The Seacoast Mavericks couldn't get anything going so long as Trevor Massey was on the hill. Massey gave up just two hits, allowed two earned runs, walked one and struck out two during his five innings of work.
Rob DiFranco improved to 2-1 on the year by picking up the win for the North Shore Navigators. He struck out none, walked none and surrendered one hit.
Michael Driscoll was charged with his third loss of the year. He lasted just two-thirds of an inning, walked none, struck out two, and allowed one run.
