Behind a great game by Christof Pontasch, who had two goals, xFlorida Eels defeated xHampton Roads Whalers, 4-1.

Pontasch scored on the power play at 12:03 into the first period to make the score 1-0 xFlorida Eels and again while on the power play 24:31 into the first to make the score 3-1 xFlorida Eels.
