Tampa Bay Juniors wins tough contest against Palm Beach Hawks, 3-2

In a game where neither team could get a cushion, Tampa Bay Juniors escaped with a 3-2 victory over the Palm Beach Hawks Hawks.

No lead was more than one goal during the contest, and the winning goal was scored by Raven Woodring at 5:10 of the third period.

Tampa Bay Juniors was led by Woodring, who registered one goal and one assist.

Palm Beach Hawks was unable to stop Tampa Bay Juniors from sending pucks towards the net, and Tampa Bay Juniors eventually piled up 44 shots on goal.

Tampa Bay Juniors also had goals scored by Jonathan Grodzki and Trey Stern, who scored one goal each. More assists for Tampa Bay Juniors came via Connor Smith, who had two and Dylan Longo, Peter Lopez, and Saveliy Morozov, who contributed one a piece.

The Hawks forced Tampa Bay Juniors goalie Theodore Woodbury to work between the pipes, taking 36 shots.

Palm Beach Hawks was helped by Justin Jones, who tallied one goal. Jones scored 4:43 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Palm Beach Hawks. Dan Fuller picked up the assist. Palm Beach Hawks also got a goal from Orion Linnehan as well. Other players who recorded assists for Palm Beach Hawks were Alexander Garcia and Robert Ferrari, who each chipped in one.
