There is really no time to rest for summer league General Managers, as they are continually finding the best players available for their rosters. The Glens Falls Golden Eagles of the PGCBL made a big splash recently when they signed Joe Foran from Siena College.

Joe is a 5'11"/180 pound infielder from Fort Ann, NY. The left-handed hitter currently is the all-time hits leader for high school baseball in New York.

Siena baseball coach Tony Rossi had this to say about Foran..."Joe is one of the top players in Section 2," Rossi said. "We are excited to have him in the program and feel he will be an impact player immediately. He is one of those talented players who is a bit under-the-radar, but keeps getting better and better."

Fans of the Golden Eagles and the PGCBL will really enjoy watching Foran play this summer.
