Val Pusteria rolls over Alleghe, 6-2Leitner Solar Arena Thu, Mar 29, 2012 The Val Pusteria Lupi had a two-goal lead after two periods and cruised the rest of the way en route to a 6-2 win over the Alleghe Civette. David Ling was a peerless playmaker for Val Pusteria, as he dished out four to beat Alleghe,. Val Pusteria also got points from Max Oberrauch, who also finished with one goal and one assist and Giulio Scandella, who also tallied two goals and one assist. Val Pusteria also got a goal from Christian Willeit as well. In addition, Val Pusteria received assists from Ryan Watson, who had two and Patrick Bona, Nate DiCasmirro, Mikko Stromberg, and Matthew Kelly, who each chipped in one. The Civette were helped by Nicola Fontanive, who registered one goal. Fontanive scored 8:36 into the second period to make the score 2-2. Greg Hogeboom picked up the assist. Adam Henrich also scored for Alleghe. Other players who recorded assists for Alleghe were Jani Forsstrom and Vincent Rocco, who contributed one a piece. Stromberg recorded 20 saves for the Lupi. Val Pusteria incurred 14 minutes in penalty time with two minors. Alleghe's Adam Dennis stopped 33 shots out of the 38 that he faced. The Civette incurred 10 minutes in penalty time with five minors.
