The game between Hockey Milano Rossoblu and the HC Eppan Pirates was tight through all 60 minutes, but in the end Hockey Milano Rossoblu emerged with a 3-2 win.

No lead was more than one goal during the contest, and the winning goal was scored by Kimmo Pikkarainen at 14:10 of the third period.

Hockey Milano Rossoblu was led by Pikkarainen, who tallied one goal.

In the losing effort, HC Eppan was paced by Peter Campbell, who registered two goals. Campbell scored the first of his two goals at 26 seconds into the second period to make the score 1-1.
