The game between Ritten and the Vipiteno Broncos was tight through all 60 minutes, but in the end Ritten emerged with a 3-2 win.

Ritten gained the winning advantage on a goal by Emanuel Scelfo 5:48 into the third period and hung on until final buzzer.

Scelfo had a great game for Ritten, netting two goals.

Ritten stifled Vipiteno's power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man.

Brad Farynuk also scored for Ritten. More assists for Ritten came via Matteo Rasom and Chris Blight, who each chipped in one and Scott May and Lorenz Daccordo, who contributed two a piece.

The Broncos' penalty kill was spotless, allowing no goals on five Ritten power plays.
