The Alleghe Civette gutted out a close 3-2 win against Ritten.

Alleghe gained the winning advantage on a goal by Michael Schutte 9:57 into the third period and hung on until final buzzer.

Vincent Rocco was all over the ice for the Civette, as he registered two goals in the win. Rocco found the back of the net 9:56 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Alleghe and again while 9:44 into the second to make the score 2-1 Alleghe.

Other players who recorded assists for Alleghe were Markku Tahtinen, who had one, Nicola Fontanive, who had two, and Greg Hogeboom, who had three.

Adam Dennis made 37 saves for Alleghe on 39 shots. The Civette incurred six minutes in penalty time with three minors. Karol Krizan turned away 27 pucks between the pipes for Ritten. Ritten incurred four minutes in penalty time with two minors.
