Rittner Buam survives HC Valpellice Bodino Engineering comeback, wins 2-1

Rittner Buam survived a determined comeback attempt by HC Valpellice Bodino Engineering on the way to a 2-1 win.

Rittner Buam made the score 2-0 on a goal by Brendan Cook at 15:05 in the second period, and HC Valpellice Bodino Engineering got as close as 2-1 when Francesco De Biasio scored 5:27 into the third period.

Rittner Buam was paced by Cook, who tallied one goal.

Rittner Buam put up an impenetrable defensive front on the penalty kill, and did not allow HC Valpellice Bodino Engineering to score on any of its four power plays.

Dan Tudin also scored for Rittner Buam. In addition, Rittner Buam received assists from Fabian Ebner, Hannes Treibenreif, Mark Van Guilder, and Luca Ansoldi, who contributed one each.
