HC Appiano Roi Team tried to dig itself out of a four-goal hole, but SV Caldaro Rothoblaas held on for a 5-3 victory.

A goal by Denny Deanesi put SV Caldaro Rothoblaas up 5-1 in the second period, but HC Appiano Roi Team pulled to within two on Daniel Peruzzo's tally 16:34 into the third period.
