The HC Merano Junior Adler pulled out a 4-3 (OT) overtime victory over AS Hockey Pergine Solarplus on a clutch goal by Thomas Mitterer.

Mitterer had two goals to lead HC Merano Junior to victory.

The Adler could not stay out of the penalty box, as the team accrued 18 minutes in penalties during the game.

HC Merano Junior also got points from Taggart Desmet, who also racked up one goal and two assists to lead the team in points. HC Merano Junior also got a goal from Viktor Wallin as well. In addition, HC Merano Junior received assists from Daniel Rizzi, who had one and Michele Ciresa, who had three.

AS Hockey Pergine Solarplus was forced to rely heavily on their penalty kill unit throughout the game, as it racked up 18 penalty minutes.

AS Hockey Pergine Solarplus was helped by Devid Piffer, who had one goal. Piffer scored 1:21 into the third period to make the score 2-1 AS Hockey Pergine Solarplus. Fabio Rigoni provided the assist.
