FRISCO, Texas - The Jamestown Ironmen went 0-3 in the North American Hockey League's Robertson Cup Tournament after a 4-3 loss to the Bismark Bobcats on Sunday night at the Dr. Pepper Arena.
Bismark's Stanislav Dzakhov scored 1:25 into the first period on assists from Matt Pohlkamp and Rory Vessel.
Daniel Cesarz of the Ironmen scored 1:07 into the second period to tie the game at 1-1. Nicholas Sierra picked up an assist.
Ryan Callahan scored for the Bobcats with 14:42 left in the second period with assists going to Matt Anders and Bob Kinne.
Chris Diver scored for Bismarck at the 10:35 mark of the second period on assists from Shane Omdahl, and Patrick Moore to increase the Bobcats' lead to 3-1.
A goal by Cory Chapman put Bismarck up 4-1 with only seven seconds left in the second period and Anderson had an assist.
Victor Johansson scored at the 17:05 mark of the third period to pull the Ironmen within two, 4-2. Nicholas Sierra and Ryan Doucet had assists.
Tyler Dunagan's goal with a second left to play made the final score 4-3. Assists on the goal went to the Sierra and Michael Mazzotta.
In goal for Jamestown were Blake Wojtala, who made 16 saves, and Joe Ballmer, who made 13.
The Ironmen were outshot, 33-17.
Amarillo and Weneatchee will play tonight at 7:30 for the Robertson Cup.
