The Tulsa Oilers' Michel Beausoleil had a big offensive game, scoring two goals and contributing one assist in his team's 6-3 win over the Brampton Beast.

Beausoleil scored at 19:35 into the first period to make the score 2-0 Tulsa and again while 19:18 into the third to make the score 6-3 Tulsa.

The 30 shots that Tulsa put on net surpassed the Oilers' average of 26.7 shots per game this season. Tulsa outdid its season average for goals scored. This season, the Oilers average 3.3 goals per contest.

Tulsa also got points from Kyle Bochek, who also tallied one goal and one assist, Drew Fisher, who also registered one goal and one assist, and Ryan Cramer, who also had one goal and one assist. Tulsa also got a goal from Alexandre Beauregard as well. Other players who recorded assists for Tulsa were Macaulay, Jarred Mohr, Craig Cescon, and Brandon Coccimiglio, who contributed one a piece and Todd Robinson and B Macaulay, who each chipped in two.

Brampton was helped by Josh McQuade, who finished with one goal. McQuade scored 37 seconds into the second period to make the score 2-1 Tulsa. Matt Caruana provided the assist. Michael MacIsaac also scored for Brampton. More assists for Brampton came via Erik Spady and Rob Collins, who contributed one a piece.

Shane Madolora made 25 saves for Tulsa on 28 shots. The Oilers totaled nine minutes in penalty time with two minors and one major and went 0-for-1 on the power play. Kristofer Westblom rejected 24 shots on goal for the Beast. Brampton totaled 11 minutes in penalty time with three minors and one major and had no power play opportunities.
