Our Annual General Meeting will be held on Sunday September 20th at the Knights of Columbus Hall on Catherine Ave at 6:30pm.  Social distancing protocols will be in place and all are welcome to attend. One of the most important parts of this meeting is to elect the Board of Directors for the following year(s). The Board conducts the day-to-day decision-making of the organization and helps to guide the organization into the future to ensure all its members have a safe, fun and rewarding environment to play in. In order to ensure the viability of the organization for years to come we need to RECRUIT a steady supply of volunteers who are able to give of their time to by serving as Executive members. If you have, or have had, or one day will have children playing youth baseball in Brantford, please consider a position on the BMBA Executive. Sponsorship Coordinator (1 year term)

Rep Baseball Convenor (1 year term)

House League Convenors - four needed, one for each of four age divisions (1 year)

Sports Council Rep (1 year term)

Tournament Convenor (1 year term)

Facilities Manager (1 year term)
