Our Annual General Meeting will be held on Sunday September 15th. The meeting will be held at the Civic Centre following the Rep banquet with an approx. 6pm start. Any proposals for changes to our bylaws must be submitted 30 days prior to the meeting to bmbasecretary@gmail.com. All are welcome to attend.
One of the most important parts of this meeting is to elect the Board of Directors for the following year(s). The Board conducts the day-to-day decision-making of the organization and helps to guide the organization into the future to ensure all its members have a safe, fun and rewarding environment to play in. In order to ensure the viability of the organization for years to come we need to RECRUIT a steady supply of volunteers who are able to give of their time to by serving as Executive members. If you now have or have had or will have children playing youth baseball in Brantford, please consider nominating for a position on the BMBA Executive. The following positions are open for nomination at this year’s AGM:

Vice President (2 year term)
Sponsorship Coordinator (1 year term)
Rep Baseball Convenor (1 year term)
House League Convenors - four needed, one for each of four age divisions (1 year)
Sports Council Rep (1 year term)
Tournament Convenor (1 year term)
Facilities Manager (1 year term)
