One of the most important parts of this meeting is to elect the Board of Directors for the following year(s). The Board conducts the day-to-day decision-making of the organization and helps to guide the organization into the future to ensure all its members have a safe, fun and rewarding environment to play in. In order to ensure the viability of the organization for years to come we need to RECRUIT a steady supply of volunteers who are able to give of their time to by serving as Executive members.
