Oz Sailors, 22, was born on June 10, 1993 in Santa Barbara, CA. She played baseball in high school and for the University of Maine - Presque Isle, primarily acting as a pitcher and a utility infielder. At the time, she was the only female player in the NCAA. In 2010, she was called upon to play for the United States team in the Women's Baseball World Cup, accumulating a 1-0 record with a 4.67 ERA while going 1-4 at the plate.

Oz signed a one day contract to be the starting pitcher for the San Rafael Pacifics on August 12, 2014 and will be making her Pacific Association debut with that start.
