Worrell returns to the TSL after pitching five games in the league in 2013. Threw 14 innings and struck out 12 batters while making one start. Also collected a triple as a hitter in six at bats. Pitched at SAGU in 2012, compiling a 2-2 record with a 3.70 ERA in five games, including four starts, allowing 23 hits in 24 1/3 innings while striking out 22 hitters and walking 11. Highlight was throwing a 2-hit shutout against Howard Payne on March 21, fanning nine and walking two. Also pitched at Central Christian College. Graduated from L.D. Bell High School.
