Nick Romagnola was a well-regarded pitcher coming out of high school at Out-of-Door Academy in Bradenton, where he was ranked as one of the top 50 righthanded pitchers in the state of Florida's class of 2020. Out of high school, Romagnola spent the 2021 season at the University of South Florida, where he did not see any game action. He moved on to Hillsborough for the 2022 season, appearing in 13 games, mostly out of the bullpen. The Bradenton native's summer ball experience includes time in 2021 with the Covington Lumberjacks of the Valley Baseball League.
