Logan will make his Atlantic League debut with the Bluefish in 2011 after seven seasons of affiliated baseball, including parts of six seasons in the Major Leagues. Last year, the righty spent time with the Washington Nationals during Spring Training. In 2009, he pitched in six contests for the Florida Marlins before he was traded to the Nationals organization. Kensing appeared in 26 games for Washington out of the bullpen, in addition to 31 games for Triple-A Syracuse. The 29-year-old made the jump to the Big Leagues in 2004 with the Marlins, in just his second season of professional baseball. The reliever has appeared in 134 Major League games with the Marlins and Nationals. With Florida in 2008, he averaged a strikeout per inning out of the ‘pen, with MLB personal bests of 55 strikeouts and 55.1 innings pitched, and also finished with a 3-1 record and a 4.23 ERA. Kensing owns an 8-9 career Major League record with a 5.81 ERA and 143 strikeouts in 134 appearances. Logan was originally drafted by the Marlins in the second round of the 2003 amateur draft out of Texas A&M.
