The looming, 6-7 righty out of Saddle Brook, New Jersey comes to Sanford after finishing his junior season, and first year playing, for Felician College of the NCAA’s Division II.  After a red hot season as the staff ace at Camden Community College, Kazura appeared in 15 games with nine starts and over 48.1 innings pitched tallied a 2.61 ERA allowing only 14 earned runs with 36 strike outs.  At Camden, Kazura made 11 starts and in 53.1 innings struck out 45 on his way to becoming the staff’s ace.  One of the more impressive things about his career is the fact that he had never pitched before his senior year of high school at East Stroudsburg North.
