Samuel Perry went 2-2, sparking the Sonoma County Grapes (14-27) to a 5-1 victory over the Maui Na Koa Ikaika (21-20) on Saturday at Iron Maehara Stadium.
He singled in the fourth and seventh innings.The Sonoma County Grapes relied on Dustin Crenshaw to eat up innings en route to the win. Crenshaw pitched seven innings and allowed one earned run, six hits and one walk while striking out five.
Eri Yoshida (3-4) was the game's losing pitcher. He lasted just three innings, walked six, struck out two, and allowed three runs.
