Marshall Serbu went 3-3 at the plate, helping the Giants AA (9-8) to an 11-6 victory over the Rockies AA (7-9) on Saturday at Glenmore #3.

A bright spot for the Rockies AA in the defeat was Tyler Schmidt, who allowed only zero runs while striking out five.

Jared Armstrong went a perfect 1-1 at the dish for the Rockies AA. He singled in the first innings.

Even though Connor Veillet allowed five runs over four innings he still recorded the victory, his third of the season. Veillet struck out five, walked three and gave up six hits.

Kaz Ueda (1-3) was the game's losing pitcher. He allowed eight runs in 2 1/3 innings, walked two and struck out none.
