The Rockies AA (7-9) beat the Giants AA (9-8) 7-4 in seven innings on Monday at Glenmore #3 behind Mark Freeman, who went 2-3.
He singled in the third innings and tripled in the fourth inning.Austin LePage went a perfect 3-3 at the plate for the Giants AA. He tripled in the fourth inning and singled in the second and sixth innings.
Freeman recorded his second win of the year for the Rockies AA. He allowed four runs over five innings. He struck out six, walked two and surrendered five hits.
Braydon Hanson (1-1) took the loss for the Giants AA. He allowed seven runs in 5 2/3 innings, walked one and struck out four.
