With the score tied at four, Palmer came to the plate and reached on an error, bringing home Caleb Adams.Adams racked up two RBIs on two hits for the Alexandria Aces. He singled in the sixth inning.
The Acadiana Cane Cutters had no answer for Ben Frith, who kept runners off the basepaths in his appearance. Frith held the Acadiana Cane Cutters hitless over three innings, allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out two.
