Trevino helps the Madison Mallards down the Wisconsin Rapids Rafters 7-4

Jose Trevino went 1-4 and hit a home run, sparking the Madison Mallards (16-18) to a 7-4 victory over the Wisconsin Rapids Rafters (15-18) on Tuesday at Witter Field.

He homered in the third inning.

The Wisconsin Rapids Rafters' lineup had no answer for Danny Sullivan. The Wisconsin Rapids Rafters managed just one hit off of Sullivan, who allowed one earned run, walked one and struck out four during his four innings of work.

Brandon Hohl boosted his batting average thanks to a perfect 2-2 day at the plate to pace the Wisconsin Rapids Rafters. He singled in the fourth and ninth innings.

Skyler Debilzen shut down the Madison Mallards while he was on the mound. Debilzen held the Madison Mallards hitless over 2 2/3 innings, allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out two.

Ben Heller couldn't get it done on the bump for the Wisconsin Rapids Rafters, taking a loss. He lasted just five innings, walked three, struck out six, and allowed five runs.
