The Willmar Stingers (16-12) didn't have a chance on Tuesday, as the Mankato MoonDogs (21-7) won in blowout fashion, 8-2 at Bill Taunton Stadium.

The Mankato MoonDogs scored two runs in the sixth on a groundout by Chase Fowler, an error, and an error.

Nick Ratajczak had a hot bat for the Mankato MoonDogs. Ratajczak went 3-4, drove in one and scored four runs. He singled in the third and fourth innings and doubled in the ninth inning.

Zach Hall picked up the win for the Mankato MoonDogs. Hall allowed no earned runs, four hits and one walk while striking out five over seven innings of work.

Michael Suchy reached base three times in the game for the Willmar Stingers. He singled in the first and ninth innings.

Anthony Consiglio was charged with his second loss of the year. He lasted just five innings, walked one, struck out six, and allowed four runs.
