The Duluth Huskies (16-14) scored four runs in the ninth to cap an 11-1 win over the Rochester Honkers (13-19) on Saturday.
James Ramsay led the Duluth Huskies' offensive threat, as he got on base four times in the game. He scored two runs and had one RBI. He homered in the first inning and singled in the seventh inning.
The Duluth Huskies got the win thanks in large part to Joey Novak's dominant, 11-strikeout performance. Novak allowed one earned run on four hits and two walks over six innings.
Despite the loss, the Rochester Honkers' Elliott Engle dominated the Duluth Huskies' batters, giving up two runs and striking out six.
