Nick Addison drove in the go-ahead run to give the Eau Claire Express (3-2) the lead in the seventh inning, as the Eau Claire Express hung on to beat the Wisconsin Rapids Rafters (2-3) 2-1 on Sunday.

Brian Sicher to start the seventh. He then went from first to second. Finally, Addison came to the plate with the score tied at one, and singled, plating Sicher.

Tyler Hermann was solid at the plate for the Eau Claire Express. Hermann went 2-4, drove in one and scored one run. He homered in the second inning and singled in the fourth inning.

The Eau Claire Express relied on Matt Trowbridge to eat up innings en route to the win. Trowbridge allowed one earned run, three hits and four walks while striking out six over eight innings of work.

Skyler Debilzen couldn't get it done on the hill for the Wisconsin Rapids Rafters, taking a loss. He lasted just two innings, walked three, struck out two, and allowed one run.
