The Lancaster Barnstormers (74-41) pounded the Somerset Patriots (57-60) on Tuesday 11-4 at TD Bank Ballpark.

The Lancaster Barnstormers scored five runs in the fifth on a two-run home run by Fehlandt Lentini, a two-run home run by Travis Denker, and a solo home run by Kody Kirkland.

Lentini put himself in scoring position with two extra-base hits for the Lancaster Barnstormers.

Jeff Nettles racked up two RBIs on four hits for the Somerset Patriots. He singled in the second, fifth, eighth, and ninth innings.

John Halama recorded his eleventh win of the year for the Lancaster Barnstormers. He allowed three runs over seven innings. Halama struck out eight, walked two and gave up 11 hits.

Justin Cassel (5-9) was the game's losing pitcher. He allowed nine runs in four innings, walked two and struck out three.

Kirkland, Ryan Harvey, Lentini and Denker helped lead the Lancaster Barnstormers. They combined for nine hits and seven RBIs.
