The Chugiak Chinooks (12-18) didn't have a chance on Thursday, as the Anchorage Bucs (16-15) won in blowout fashion, 12-2 at Loretta French Field.

The Anchorage Bucs scored six runs in the ninth on an RBI double by Drake Roberts, a sacrifice fly by Chase Compton, a single by Danny Susdorf, a single by Brenden Kalfus, and a single by Tanner Rust.

Collin Ferguson had two extra-base hits for the Anchorage Bucs. He doubled in the second inning and homered in the fourth inning.

Jacob Rhame racked up eight strikeouts in the the Anchorage Bucs win. The Anchorage Bucs' pitcher tossed five innings of shutout ball and allowed only three hits.

Tyler Shryrock had a busy day at the plate, collecting three extra-base hits. He doubled in the fifth, seventh, and ninth innings.

Ryan Sullivan (2-1) took the loss for the Chugiak Chinooks. He allowed six runs in four innings, walked none and struck out three.
