Jordan Luplow went 2-3, sparking the Anchorage Glacier Pilots (9-7) to a 3-2 victory in seven innings over the Anchorage Bucs (9-6) on Tuesday at Mulcahy Field.

The Anchorage Bucs' lineup had no answer for Christian Belleque. The Anchorage Bucs managed just three hits off of the the Anchorage Glacier Pilots' pitcher, who allowed one earned run, walked four and struck out four during his six innings of work.

Chase Compton reached base two times. He scored one run and had one RBI. He homered in the fourth inning.

Matt Daugherty improved to 1-0 on the year by picking up the win for the Anchorage Glacier Pilots. Daugherty struck out none, walked none and gave up one hit.

Braden Shipley couldn't get it done on the rubber for the Anchorage Bucs, taking a loss. He lasted just zero innings, walked none, struck out none, and allowed one run.
