Stafford Brantley went 2-4 and hit a home run, helping the California Glory (17-10) to a 7-2 victory over the BAW Collegiate on Friday at Tony Zupo Field.
He singled in the third innings and homered in the fifth inning.Robert Covarrubias struck out eight, paving the way for a the California Glory win. Covarrubias allowed two earned runs, five hits and three walks over nine innings.
MANFREE was charged with the loss. He lasted just four innings, walked one, struck out five, and allowed three runs.
