Tucker Nathans drove in the winning run to give the New Jersey Jackals (27-21) the lead in the sixth inning, as the New Jersey Jackals hung on to beat the Newark Bears (16-34) 12-7 on Sunday.

Nathans racked up two RBIs on three hits for the Newark Bears. He singled in the first, third, and eighth innings.

Carlos Guzman racked up three RBIs on two hits for the New Jersey Jackals. He singled in the third inning and homered in the eighth inning.

Even though Kyle Greenwalt allowed five runs over five innings he still recorded the victory, his third of the season. Greenwalt struck out five, walked one and gave up seven hits.

Mike Petrowski ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just 3 1/3 innings, walked two, struck out two, and allowed three runs.
