Pearson's single gives the Laredo Lemurs walk-off win over the El Paso Diablos, 4-3

A walk-off single from Stephen Pearson brought home the winning run for the Laredo Lemurs (50-43) in a 4-3 victory over the El Paso Diablos (44-49) at Uni-Trade Stadium on Sunday.

Pearson did his best to jumpstart the offense for the Laredo Lemurs, reaching base three times. He also drove in one runner. He singled in the third and ninth innings.

Brian Peterson reached base three times in the game for the Laredo Lemurs. He scored two runs and had one RBI. He singled in the seventh inning and doubled in the ninth inning.

Leonard Giammanco recorded his fourth win of the year for the Laredo Lemurs. Giammanco struck out none, walked none and gave up no hits.

Marcel Prado (2-3) was the game's losing pitcher. He lasted just one-third of an inning, walked none, struck out none, and allowed two runs.
