Jake Laber held the Winnipeg Goldeyes (48-35) scoreless for seven innings to boost the Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks (55-29) to a 1-0 victory.

Laber struck out three and allowed two walks and four hits.

Zach Penprase helped the Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks pull ahead for the duration in the eighth inning. After Marcos Rodriguez singled, Penprase came to the plate with the game scoreless in the eighth inning and doubled, plating Rodriguez.

Penprase reached base three times. He also drove in one runner. He singled in the sixth innings and doubled in the eighth inning.

Kyle Dahman got the win, running his season record to 3-1. Dahman struck out none, walked none and gave up no hits.

Chris Salamida was charged with his sixth loss of the year. He lasted just seven innings, walked one, struck out six, and allowed one run.
