Justin Garcia tossed a shutout to lift the Amarillo Sox (35-37) to a 5-0 win over the Wichita Wingnuts (42-29) at Lawrence Dumont Stadium.

The Amarillo Sox's Garcia kept the Wichita Wingnuts off the scoreboard for all nine innings he was on the hill. He pitched a shutout, allowing no runs on three hits while striking out four.

Harrison Kain racked up three RBIs on one hit for the Amarillo Sox. He homered in the seventh inning.

Josh Lowey (11-3) was the game's losing pitcher. He lasted just seven innings, walked none, struck out five, and allowed five runs.
