The Winnipeg Goldeyes (37-24) took home an 8-2 victory over the Sioux Falls Pheasants on Sunday at Sioux Falls Stadium, fueled by six runs in the eighth inning.

Amos Ramon racked up three RBIs on one hit for the Winnipeg Goldeyes. He homered in the eighth inning.

Matthew Rusch picked up the win for the Winnipeg Goldeyes. Rusch allowed one earned run, seven hits and three walks while striking out two over eight innings of work.

Trevor Lawhorn reached base three times. He scored one run and had one RBI. He singled in the first and ninth innings.

Alan DeRatt (3-5) took the loss for the Sioux Falls Pheasants (29-32). He lasted just seven innings, walked one, struck out four, and allowed five runs.
