Bryan Frichter brought home the go-ahead run to give the Grand Prairie AirHogs (32-13) the lead in the seventh inning, as the Grand Prairie AirHogs hung on to beat the Wichita Wingnuts (31-13) 9-5 on Wednesday.

Frichter racked up three RBIs on two hits for the Grand Prairie AirHogs. He singled in the seventh inning and doubled in the eighth inning.

John Rodriguez racked up four RBIs on three hits for the Wichita Wingnuts. He singled in the first inning and doubled in the fifth and ninth innings.

John Brownell recorded his seventh win of the year for the Grand Prairie AirHogs. He allowed three runs over seven innings. He struck out three, walked four and surrendered eight hits.

Ryan Hinson was charged with his second loss of the year. He lasted just six innings, walked seven, struck out three, and allowed four runs.
