Peralta's walk-off send the Wichita Wingnuts home winners, 6-5

A walk-off from David Peralta brought home the winning run for the Wichita Wingnuts (29-9) in a 6-5 victory over the St Paul Saints at Lawrence Dumont Stadium on Wednesday.

Peralta did his best to jumpstart the offense for the Wichita Wingnuts, reaching base two times. He scored one run and had one RBI. He singled in the ninth inning.

Jared McDonald racked up three RBIs on one hit for the Wichita Wingnuts. He homered in the ninth inning.

Ronnie Bourquin had a busy day at the plate, collecting two extra-base hits. He homered in the second inning and doubled in the sixth inning.

James Hoyt recorded his first win of the year for the Wichita Wingnuts. He struck out two, walked none and surrendered no hits.

Anthony Claggett couldn't get it done on the mound for the St Paul Saints (17-19), taking a loss. He allowed six runs in one-third of an inning, walked none and struck out none.
